Hey–we have something new on trial! The Gale Virtual Reference Library delivers a wealth of reference content in online format. That means students would be able to access the full text of popular reference works from the Campus Library webpage …whether they’re at home, at the coffee shop or in class. The best thing is, we get to pick and choose which titles to include. Student favorites such as the Encyclopedia of Crime and Justice, the Encyclopedia of Aging, and the Encyclopedia of Religion are ‘ripe for the picking’ from Gale’s list of online possibilities.
Want to take a look? Here’s the Gale website. User name is digital. Password is archive. (Both of these are case sensitive). Once at the website, click on “Gale Virtual Reference Library” on the left side of the screen and then click on “database” under the Gale Virtual Reference Library description.
This trial runs ’till April 15th. Let us know what you think!
